The RV and pop up camper encampment is out of control. These things aren't even moving for street cleaning. Their presence is increasing graffiti, illegal dumping, suspicious activities and creating a questionably safety environment for people who live and work in this neighborhood. The Ralph J Bunche school is right across the street, with DeFremery Play Ground kiddy-corner.

A few months ago, one large RV showed up, then a popout trailer, then a third rather run-down RV. None of the vehicles have license plates, yet they're all parked in the street. Junk and garbage has been steadily piling up around the vehicles, including propane tanks, wood and gas cans. Two of the vehicles place generators in the street and run them at night. One of the vehicles might be abandoned now.
The sidewalk is impassible when the occupants are sorting/selling junk. Walking out in a lane of traffic is the only way to pass. The trailer has a traffic cone in the lane of traffic, to direct cars and trucks around the popout section of the trailer.

White male, early 40s, 6'3", white Toyota Tacoma, CA License Plate number59395K1 seen here dumping garbage on the street. I approached him to take photos, he became enraged and threatened me then burned rubber around my building and took off. The woman who witnessed this with me was on her way home and just called to let me know she just now saw him at Lake Merrit dumping garbage. I will file a second complaint with accompanying photos.

Unsafe homeless encampment

Massive trash pile, 80 feet long. No active homeless people living here so please no excuse not to remove. Please remove unsafe and unsanitary trash mountain
