Following a tractor trailer traveling west bound today on North Street (North Maple Street to Elm Street) there is a large tree branch as you approach Misty Meadow which when the tractor trailer went under brought up a concern that I noticed. The height of the trailer verses the height of the branch.
There was not that much space between the top of the trailer and the tree branch that was hanging over the street.
The branch may need to be trimmed back to allow safer flow for tractor trailers and large truck traffic that use this road.
Could someone please check this out?

52 South Road has a failed water well. There is a rain water catching system on the back being used for household water purposes. Additionally the rear of the property has not been mowed in several years and is over 18 inches tall and needs mowing. This is a bank owned property and there is a live eviction going on as well.

This property has been vacant for sometime and now vegetation has overtaken the back and front yards to the point where weeds have risen over the top of the above ground pool! The front yard is similarity in sad shape although thoughtful neighbors have been attempting to keep it in check. This property has been sited in the past for similar issues.

There is a barn which does not conform to the height regulations for this zone. Recently, there has been a lot of work going on at the barn including a new addition, new framing and a new roof. The building is now much larger than it was previously and feels out of place in the area. Also, they are parking cars in it and there building is not to code for that use. Please investigate.

The people who live at this address are running a commercial business out of this address. they park large commercial out of state vehicles here everyday that are lot and disruptive to the town. These commercial vehicles need to be parked at a business and not a residence. I don't pay $4500 a year in taxes to deal with this in a neighborhood. I have two children and one almost got hit shoveling snow because they drive very fast in these bigger vehicles.Sometimes there is three large trucks and they pardon the street as well making it difficult to navigate sometimes.
