    Last night - Wednesday 12/13 around 8pm the traffic signal at Hearst at Euclid appeared to be malfunctioning. Westbound Hearst never received a green signal while Eastbound Hearst would stay green, turn red, turn green for Euclid traffic and cycle back.

    Vehicle traffic backed up on Hearst and cars on Westbound Hearst eventually began running the red light.

    No one seems to be following the new prohibited left turn from Westbound Bancroft onto Fulton.

    Everyone including private, City, University, and EBMUD vehicles ignore the left turn prohibition.

    Maybe the traffic signal should be a green straight arrow and additional pavement striping is needed.

    There is broken glass all over the road and shoulder (both the actual road and shoulder) on grizzly peak between centennial and south park in the southbound direction. The worst parts are near the parking lots/ lookouts where people go to smoke pot. I do not think this road or shoulder has ever been swept in 1.5 years. It is very dangerous for cyclists and forces us into the road. Much of the glass is also on the actual road, not even in the shoulder. This is a request for careful street sweeping.
