The street configuration keeps changing in Downtown Berkeley and posting the up to date signage can be easily missed.

Recently Center Street has re-opened as a one-way street heading Eastbound. However, there is no signage banning right turns from Southbound Oxford Street onto Center Street. Cars keep trying to turn right onto Center street and driving the wrong way.

Even worse and more dangerous, cars will signal to turn right and enter the bike lane, then see the 'do not enter' sign last minute (which is not visible in advance) and then swerve back out into traffic.

The left turn signal from Hearst onto Arch is actuated by a car in that lane. Unfortunately 40% of the time I am stopped at the intersection the car at the front of the turning lane hasn’t pulled up enough to get the left turn signal. The driver usually assumes the signal is broken and turns in red endangering pedestrians and incoming drivers. The signal needs to be actuated from further back, cycled through automatically, or marked much better.
