    Northbound/Downhill direction, 1 mile section south of Centennial/Golf Course Rd intersection Countless cracks, potholes and hazards.

    Numerous partial 'repairs' has left the surface a disaster. It needs to be totally redone or sealed like the section 1 mile to the south. That work was only done after a tragic accident.

    A ways down from the Firetrail there is a man yelling stay away, stay away. It's a bit concerning that somebody is holed up in the woods protecting their space trying to prevent others from hiking on the trails.

    There is small drainage grate that runs parallel to the road. A guy on a bike got his wheel caught in it. He went right over the handlebars headfirst onto the road. It's amazing he was able to walk away.

    The signal at this intersection used to give a walk signal to pedestrians on demand only. Now it gives a pedestrian walk signal (north or south on Hearst Avenue) when no pedestrians are present, thereby holding up traffic.
