There has been a man living in his black car for months now. There is a day care now on the other side of the fence. I witnessed 2 men placing a bird feeder or a n insect repellant on a tree in front of this man's car. He jumped out of the car and yelled hostile things at them and told them to get out. He seems to have mental health issues and he really needs help and they need to move his car and not allow him to remain there. This seems to be like a potentially dangerous situation. Please invetagate and have an outreach team to speak with this middle aged white man.

Out of state FOOLS BUS REGULAR VIOLATOR Of 72 hour rule and also not appropriately registering out of state vehicle for instate uses (residency as defined by living in Old School bus) within 20 days of moving to area. The FOOLS BUS is lived in by a 25-26 year old able bodied Male with his bikes on the back and his "scooter car to get around town" but uses the streets of Berkeley as their residence. He has been in area in excess of over a year and plays whack a mole with the 72 hr policy for parking enforcement. FOOLS BUS has license plates as the following and located at: Washington plates BFW8747. It's blocking the small brewery driveway at 937 Carlton. between 9th and 8th streets. He is in the neighborhoods estimation in violation of not registering his vehicle nor likely passing any required smog inspections required for transferring registrations in the state of CA for which we all had to do when we moved to the area and have to regularly comply with. Please start enforcing out of state licensing requirements for long term homesteaders and grifters in the Berkeley area

The trash people leave trash in the street every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday when they pick up the trash at Rumford Plaza @ 3017 Stanton street. This is a recurring problem and is unnecessary. I worked on a garbage truck all through college and we were disciplined if we left trash in the street. This issue has been brought up with the refuse department and the problem persists. We are tired of this second class treatment in southwest Berkeley. they trail the trash all the way down the street but I am only allowed by this app to send you 1 picture
