The light at Allston way and San Pablo ave (when turning crossing San Pablo on Allston) was changed last year to a very short cycle of about 10 seconds. This only allows about 3 cars at a time to cross, and sometimes zero cars when the cars on San Pablo block the intersection. It needs to be returned to its prior cycle of one minute so that it isn't creating huge backups on Allston way. Thank you.
