    The left turn lane onto Osborne was not the original design. Somebody changed it for the worse. Cars are allowed to pass on the right. This makes turning Left onto Alps road a hazard and life-threatening situation if several cars are queued on Alps making a left. You can not see cars passing on the right. I frequently hear horns blaring and tires screaching as cars exit Osborne onto Alps only to have cars doing 40mph+ passing on the right Osborne bound cars. Restore the original flow pattern of Alps Road at Osborne.
