Today is the 12th. One day after his Nusiance Property deadline. Did he make his deadline? If not, what is all going on with it? Please update all of us on his progress on this thread. Thanks

Garage is filled with trash & now piling it behind garage....smells & attracting rodents & pests!!!!

Draining water all year round. Street is always wet and when it freezes creates ice dam in my driveway and has created street wide pothole at 9th and Fillmore.

Pile of rubbish = rodents & insects

There is a vacant trailer sitting on a business property that is an extreme eye sore from traveling on federal avenue. In addition, the fence line and abandoned trailer is overflowing with weeds and overgrown grass and debris.

garbage on their back porch like a white milk jug and other garbage, garbage on and along their driveway and blowing to their neighbor's yard to the west, garbage in their front yard and blowing around the neighborhood

cars that need fixed blocking sidewalk,also pushed and left in street (12th st ne ) this place looks like a junk yard, flat tires, leaking oil,tranny oil leaking , motors laying on ground and behind building also the garage on 12st ne is the same way. makes m/c look trashy. ( mabe put up a nice fence to hide this small junk yard... )

Elderly couple has not lived in this house for nearly 4 yrs as they are in the nursing home. The family is not taking care of the house and yard. Neighbors are doing it because it's bringing our house values down. The garden area is so over grown and is growing into our fence and ruining our fence. House was flooded this past winter and ruined the inside of house. House to our knowledge is now unlivable due to water damage. This needs to be looked into condemning this property.

Several wooden pallets left by the owner of Quiznos when the place closed years ago. Think he can come get them now.

Junk, rubbish, and refuse in a trailer. Has been this way for weeks. Toys on a public sidewalk both on the north and west side of the house. Car parked in front of house in the lawn, and this is against code/regulation.

Home has been vacant for 15 plus years. Three years ago they started working on house by tearing off siding. That was all that was done that year. The insulation blew around the neighborhood that winter. Last summer they dug up foundation. Hardly ever work on this place and it sits as an eyesore to neighbors.
