    Here we go again. I would think the city would get tired of dealing with him. The grass needs to be cut, front tree limb cut, backyard needs attention.

    He will not do anything until the city forces him to do it.

    Would like to know why eastbound traffic has stop sign on 13th ST NE. Instead of traffic coming from the south that hooks up with 13th ST NE. Never know if it's safe to go because half of traffic never use blinker when turning of to the south. It would be nice to have stop sign on 12th ST and keep 13th a through street.

    This intersection has huge holes in it that bottom out a car, anyone that has drove this intersection knows. This is not safe for any vehicle and scares the crap out of kids unless you are going about 3 mph thru it.

    Old garage that's full of garage and falling down.

    No back door. Basement access only has plywood leaning over it. There is stray cats always living in the place with other critters. Brush piled in back yard and 2 foot weeds in front of house.and more issues. I took pics of all of these issues.
    And yet I get a notice to remove a few bags for pic up. And giving less than 24 hrs to correct it.
