Eastbound 28th St is missing a no right turn sign on the opposite side of the street.

This is a safety issue. Each day it results in *several* cars turning right which is the wrong way down Irving a one-way street. All other one way streets in the neighborhood have no turn signs on the near and far side of the street except eastbound at this corner. Even the opposite westbound does.

Second picture is of a truck backing out dangerously into the intersection after turning the wrong way. Cars are veering dangerously around it.

This graffiti has been here for a long time, despite having already been reported on many occasions.

Police vehicle 521 is illegally parked in the bike/fire lane causing traffic jams. Have confirmed officer is not responding to an emergency making it illegal to do so. Has been there for over 20 min

Parked too close to an intersection, blocking traffic

2700 block of Emerson Av S. Odd side of the street is approx 3/4 blocked from plowing by illegally parked cars. Can we PLEASE get some parking enforcement of the snow emergency in this neighborhood? Yesterday the even side of the street was filled with illegally parked cars. Yesterday and today there has been NO enforcement on this block or anywhere in the surrounding neighborhood, despite block after block being full of cars parked on both sides. Parking enforcement needs to be directed to this neighborhood.
