Top portion of a tree in Julian Abel park (one near the utility box), was blown over in recent storms. The broken/dead branches that are still attached to the tree have fallen on to my fence, and are hanging over into my property. I would appreciate it, if someone responsible can cut away the dead branches and remove it off my fence. I would do it, but I am not sure if I can cut a tree that is on park property. Thanks!
There is about 3 to 4 feet in depth of construction debris and soil behind the entire width of 2229 Carpenter. It is apparent that builder excavated the back yard and moved the excavation with other debris into the public alley. This is a public hazard and completely inconsiderate to neighbors. The property-owner / builder should clean up and properly dispose of the soil and materials rather than waiting for the City to clean it up after the builder is gone.
The front of this property is in bad shape but the rear is unbelievable. The rear of the house is actually missing. There is no construction permits or anything posted. The rear appears to have collapsed. This is eminently dangerous.
