The tenants of 2217 St Albans street continue to throw raw garbage and recyclable trash onto the sidewalk next to the property. This photo was taken today 8/21 and the scheduled pick up for trash is on Monday 8/26. The garbage is rotting and smells disgusting. The tenants need to be fined and informed that the trash cannot be left on the sidewalk and needs to be placed on the curb the later in the day before pick up at the earliest.
The resident of 2124 Carpenter St. is using the 2100 blocks of Carpenter St and Kimball St. to park various used cars and using these streets as their personal used car lot. These cars have questionable license plates and are taking away parking spots from residents that deserve a place to park. Please assist with this matter as this has been an ongoing issue.
A six foot high pile of limbs that has been placed on the Montrise sidewalk of Julian Abele park finally needs to be cleaned up. It's been laying there for 2+ weeks and looks like a disaster and is blocking the walk. Neighbor On the block had his tree trimmed and never took care of the scraps.
There is a dog on the NW side of Montrose that is continually left outside and barks non-stop. Besides the grief brought upon the poor dog, it is becoming impossible to sleep and to enjoy our back patios.
The SE corner trashcan @ Grays Ferry and Fitzwater is chronically overflowing due to people dumping bags of household garbage. Is it possible to post a sign about not dumping house trash in public receptacles and start fining people?
