    Loose UI manhole cover. It moves and makes noise every time a vehicle travels over it. It is located right next to the crosswalk. UI worked in the manhole on 4/3/14 and the cover has need noisy and moves since then. Multiple complaints have resulted in one answer which was "it was normal". Clearly a moving cover and loud noise is NOT normal. No other manhole cover on Edgewood Ave does this.

    Double gate used for mower access was left wide open (thanks for the momentary vision of my dog squished on Whalley as I tried to capture him). When I tried to close and lock it, the entire section of the gate fell on me. It is completely off the hinges and merely leaning rather than being closed. Will be easily knocked over by a large dog or unaware person. Please fix. Thanks.
