Notified About

  • 1600 Johnson Street Northeast Minneapolis, MN - Northeast Park
That turn arrow into home depot isn\'t green long enough on Johnson st. sometimes only two cars get threw. the wait time is horrible during rush hour. please add a few more seconds to it. (Thursday, 27-Jun-13 06:45:01 UTC)
  • Washington Ave & 3rd Ave North Minneapolis, MN - Downtown West
The crosswalks are not painted/marked well if at all. Suburban traffic from 394 dumps into this intersection from a exit, making it especially dangerous for pedestrians crossing. I have contacted the CIty of Minneapolis several times via phone and email and the intersection is still not/poorly marked. Please fix this ASAP. Many pedestrians, children, pets and those with disabilities use this crosswalk and it simply frightening to cross.
  • Humboldt Av S & Midtown Greenway - East Isles
This is an all way stop intersection at Humboldt Av S & Midtown Greenway & 90%+ of the bicyclists run right through the Midtown Greenway stop signs. How can cyclists expect drivers to respect them when they show a lack of respect like this?
  • 5739 Lyndale Ave S Minneapolis, MN - Windom
In Richfield, Lyndale is clearly marked as two lanes each way. Coming North into MPLS the lane lines disappear, and at 58th is definitely a one-lane one-way going North. Drivers cannot tell where the two lanes become one, so they blare their horns at each other in front of my home. I suggest clear lane markings fom Crosstown to 59th and Right-turn-only in the supposed right lane beginning at 59th until 58th.
  • 4709 Cedar Ave S Minneapolis, MN 55407 - Ericsson
This entire block is made very dangerous for pedestrians with 2 (?) sort-of lanes and no crosswalks. Local businesses should be concerned about the safety of customers!
  • Pothole Archived
2138–2448 Theodore Wirth Pkwy Minneapolis 55411, United States - Willard Hay
Almost un drivable stretch of road from Duluth St to 26th Ave N on Theodore Wirth Parkway. Very large and deep holes.
  • 1925 Hennepin Ave Minneapolis, MN 55403, USA - Lowry Hill East
After the light at Hennepin and Franklin, the approach to the ramp as you leave Hennepin is better, but still needs help. There are so many fills, it is horribly bumpy and hard on the car's shocks. Is there any way to level off the surface with a wider fill?
  • 4500 Hiawatha Ave Minneapolis, MN - Ericsson
Frequently used crossing from 45th St to the 46th St LRT station is unmarked and unsafe. Not handicap accessible.
  • 212 N 1st Ave Minneapolis, MN 55401, USA - North Loop

I live in 212 Lofts and I am an avid biker, runner, walker, etc.. I LOVE the new trail that connects right from the back of my condo to cedar and the river, however when the city put it in they poured concrete in front of our garage to mark a barrier from the parking lot and bike path. The bike path starts/terminates just before our garage doors but the concrete extends out beyond the doors. Bikers have a stop sign but never stop and have ran into many a car coming out of our garage. I even had a biker come down the path and push in my mirror on my car because he thought i was being a jerk and driving on his bike path when I was just trying to get to my garage entrance... I was ticked, especially since I am a biker as well. The city will do NOTHING. I am on the board at my condo and we put up a sign to alert bikers but we really need a physical barrier that makes bikers slow down to navigate, similar to the poles at the end of the path when you are heading to the river. Basically the city has only left the width of the bike path for both cars and bikes to share, blocked in by concrete so if the biker has to bail they will mess themselves up or their bike up, or hit a car.

I love the path and we are trying to make it as safe as possible for bikers and cars alike but we need more help from someone who has more power!! The city just will not listen and I do not want anyone hurt.

Silly, risky and we need help.

    Any suggestions would be fantastic.

  • 77 13th Ave Ne Minneapolis, MN 55413, USA - Sheridan
It is nearly impossible to drive on this road at all without thinking your completely messing up your alignment.
  • 1276-1298 E River Pkwy Minneapolis, MN - Prospect Park
The road markings at the intersection of 27TH AVE SE and EAST RIVER PKWY and FRANKLIN AVE SE are quite faded and so need repainting. This might be a good time to change the traffic directions to improve the flow of cars and pedestrians at that intersection. When I pass through each weekday at about 5 pm I notice that almost all of the traffic either turns right on to the Franklin bridge or goes straight along the East River Parkway. Very few cars turn left. Pedestrians crossing Franklin are blocking cars making a right turn, which also stops cars going straight. This backs up traffic for quite some distance, sometimes all the way to the U of M campus. People are getting impatient at seeing a green light and having to wait and are moving into the left turn lane to pass the cars turning right. It would greatly improve traffic flow if the right lane were returned to its former “Right turn only” and the left lane were returned to going straight and making a left. That would break up the major flow of cars into two lanes. Having a dedicated left turn lane makes no sense at this intersection because the lights are set to stop oncoming traffic from any direction.
  • 114-130 W Diamond Lake Rd Minneapolis, MN 55419, USA - Windom
This street is un-driveable! Each winter the potholes get deeper and wider on both east and westbound. Two winters ago I ruined a tire on this street and I will drive a mile out of my way to avoid it. If you must, drive about 5 MPH and never in the dark.
