  • 8 Barry Dr Framingham, Massachusetts - Framingham

I’m a resident in Framingham, and the owner of 8 Barry Dr, Framingham. I found the info on the Real Estate Database for the ownership of my property is incorrect.

In the record, it displays that the owners are Hoffmann, Andrew, and Sun, Ning. It should be Liang, Haodong and Sun, Ning, as Andrew is the seller of this property.

  • Waushakem Beach Framingham, Massachusetts - Framingham
    Dear Parks Department,
I am writing once again to complain about the removal of the trashcan at Waushakum beach park. This year, it was removed even earlier than usual, so that all the dog walkers have no where to put their bags, and people who park there leave trash every night. There are at least 4 cans still remaining at the Anna Murphy Playground two blocks away, why can’t just one remain at the beach for all the many people who walk their dogs there?
Also, I think it is time that the people who live south of the tracks in Framingham get to use our lake more than eight weeks out of the year. At every other lake in Framingham, there is only a symbolic gate and a sign that keeps cars out, but everyone who lives in the area can and does walk there all year, take their dogs there and launch boats there. Waushakem beach is enclosed in a chain link fence with padlocks. Only teenagers, who regularly climb the fence, can get in. Perhaps it should be like Gramercy Park in New York, where only people who live near by can have access.
I would appreciate your immediate attention to both these issues,
    Amy Bernstein

1640 Worcester Road Apt D207 Framingham, Massachusetts - Framingham
I moved into an apartment (the address provided) on February 20th. I stayed with my roomates father in Framingham on 2/16/16 so that we could all get ready to move. He asked me to park in front of his house. Which is 32 Barber Road in Framingham. The ticket was misplaced since I had to move. The ticket also doesn't say why I got the violation in the first place. It's already 8/5/16 which I know is crazy, but I JUST found the violation notice. I just need to know how to go about dealing with this and why I was issued the violation in the first place so long ago. Thank you, Sofia Ruiz

751 Worcester Road Framingham, Massachusetts - Framingham
I was driving eastbound on Route 9 around 10:30pm and I hit the largest pothole and the sound that came from it, that my car actually rose off ground on the right side from the impact. Immediately, my tire pressure light in the dashboard came on, and I could hear my car start to slow and veer to the right, and steering wheel went stiff. I tried to gain back control and just signaled to come to a halt at what became the intersection of Auburn Street and 855 Worcester Road (The Trolley Square Plaza,) the strip mall/plaza that also houses the US Post Office, or Framingham Center Station, Framingham MA 01701.

You've been re-doing crosswalks in NE Framingham. Be aware that the white material being used as the border for the crosswalks is an extreme danger to pedestrians: it is unbelievably slippery - like trying to walk on ice. I nearly went down during my evening walk, but just barely avoided a serious fall on asphalt. Others may not be so lucky.

I am Disha Goswami, a resident at Halstead Apartments (Apt #525B) in Framingham. I am filing this report per Amazon Customer Service's request to inform the local police about two misplaced packages. Instance 1 (10/14/2019): Amazon claimed to have delivered my full size mattress at the doorstep, but I did not receive it. They ended up sending a replacement for it, which I received. Instance 2 (11/7/2019): Amazon claims they delivered my computer desk order and a resident accepted it. Neither I nor my roommate received the order. Amazon has firmly established their stance in this case and they will not refund or replace the item until I report this to the local police. The customer service department needs a proof of a police report and subsequent investigation in order to process refund or replacement.
Please help me with this issue of misplaced/lost items as I have already lost multiple hours and I am stressed out due to the time wasted in requesting amazon to show me proof of delivery. I will be happy to help with answering any questions the investigating offer has, via phone (916) 450-0155 or email - Thanking you in anticipation.

  • 1-21 Russell Road Framingham, Massachusetts - Framingham
My wife, Elizabeth D. Estler phoned me at 4:45 pm, 09/19/16, to report that she was traveling west on Salem End Rd just prior to Russell Road. She stopped as the traffic ahead of her but the car behind her struck her vehicle (Blue 2012 Honda CRV, MA Lic # 1RRP80). The driver of the other vehicle got out and asked if she was okay and told her they should get out of traffic so she pulled onto Russell Road. Rather than follow her, the driver of the other vehicle left the scene in his car. DAmage to my wife's car appears to be limited to scratches on her rear bumper. My wife was unable to get a good description of the other vehicle except to say it had a handicapped placard hanging from its rear-view window. I told her I would make a report and she proceeded on to her destination - CVS Pharmacy, 1280 Worcester Road, Framingham.
Our address is 12 Lewis Drive, Medway, MA 02053; her cell phone is 508-561-6583; our landline is 508-533-6272.

We have been complaining about the open gate, at the mass pike service plaza, for over 2 years. Why hasn't something been done about this?!!

Thanks for the prompt assignment. My understanding is that Mass DOT has the authority and jurisdiction over the gate/rest stop & local Framingham PD would have to enforce the speeding on Woodland Rd. Thanks!

You don't save any tolls using that or the eastbound Natick rest area entrance, just laziness by DOT workers. The overhead toll gantries are placed to cost you the toll regardless of where you get on. If you use this Woodland Rd entry you will still get hit for the toll 1/2 mile west when crossing over Edgell Road. Natick's entry gate is always open and MassDOT will say it's for snow plowing but it was open last July and August and September... I would simply swing it shut and just like MWRA yellow barrier gates to the untrained eye it's now closed again.

Content blocked ?? This problem has got exponential worse ever since they paved the "road" from Woodland to the plaza..There really should be speed bumps on this road, before the road was so bad people had to drive slow!!

I agree that paving that road has made the problem worse. The poor condition of the road previously curtailed some of the nefarious behavior. Now they feel more empowered!

b sullivan (Registered User) ; Here is the email I use to contact Mass DOT with my concerns. They are very polite and seem to want to help, The more feedback they get, the better our chances of seeing something done.

  • 15 Park St Framingham, MA, 01702, USA - Framingham

I received a ticket for “overtime” on Park St. I have been parking after work here for the last month as it is one of the LAST areas that I can park near my apartment on Kendal St. There are NO signs displayed other than the once a month Street Cleaning signs.

Since the Union House construction began and all parking on Kendall became a construction zone I have tried multiple parking spots and slowly started getting towed or ticketed out of each one.
Essentially it seems that the City of Framingham doesn’t care about its current downtown residents since it can’t resolve parking for its actual live citizens while paving the way for imagined future ones.
At any rate, while I will appeal the ticket through the ticketing appeal process I want definitive suggestions as to a place to leave my vehicle overnight after coming home from a long day of work. It is outrageous to think that the only option seems to be to “move”? Is that really the progressive image that this new City is looking to promote? I’m starting to lose faith.
