Fellsway East Malden, Massachusetts - Malden Ward 3
Can we please get more police details out on Fellsway East. The current speed limit is 25mph but we endanger our lives each day trying to cross this street. Cars zoom down this street, faster than the posted limit and do not stop for people in cross walks. Kids are in danger because people are being allowed to travel at excessive speeds on this road. Thanks for your time.

We were told blue bags would end along time ago. We need big green reusable barrels like many other places in the country bags are too expensive and same as a hefty bag for a lot less
  • 49 Fellsmere Rd Malden, MA - Malden Ward 3
The city cut a tree down and the huge stump is still there. Where the stump is the curbing was pushed by the old tree into the street making an unsafe condition. Thanks for any help.

Apartment building had heavy machinery positioned within inches of neighboring houses early this morning with absolutely no notice to neighbors. Machinery ripped up pavement, shook neighboring houses like an earthquake, causing items to fall off walls & shelves, filled neighboring homes with smoke & dirt. No notice at all this would be done.
  • Fellsmere Pond Malden, MA - Malden Ward 3
The sidewalks around Fellsmere Pond are dangerous. Who is responsible for clearing these? As a home owner I get fined when my walks are not cleared- does the city or DCR have the same responsibility and liability for fines?

Nelson Miller says we should complain to the property owner about damage done to our properties by a giant pavement miller, larger than we've ever seen on city streets, while ignoring our repeated point that we don't know who the property owner is & have ZERO contact information for that person as he/she/it never bothered to introduce itself.
  • 743 Highland Ave Malden Massachusetts - Malden Ward 3
The other morning i was in my car getting ready to leave for work when i noticed a woman crossing the street at the highland ave Blomerth st crosswalk if thats what you even call it the lines are basically gone. A car traveling towards medford sped by the lady going at least 30 didn't yield. the street is unsafe and lights at the bottom of the street will not fix the speeding and safety issues going towards medford. Maybe a raised crosswalk like they do in other city's with heavy traffic. Highland ave needs a REAL solution to fix the major safety issue.

the courthouse lot is always plowed, but the sidewalk is always plowed IN and never cleared making you have to walk on busy summer street and around parked cars

What are the rules for a public park being used repeatedly for parties? More weekends than not my husband and I walk with our grandkids around Fellsmere Park and at the upper side where the picnic tables are people are using this area as their personal party spot. It isn’t fair that all the parking is taken and also all the public tables are being used. Is this allowed? I would think this would require a permit Can the city address this? This area is for everyone not for repeated family functions Trash left behind is also not fair to the other people who enjoy the park. I remember signs that were put up by the DCR but they aren’t up anymore.
