Traffic & Parking - Illegal Parking Archived113 Wyoming Ave Malden, MA - Malden Ward 3Winter Parking issue. When there's a ban we move our cars off the street. After we do this many cars from Washington street come and park in the spots we left because of the ban. I know there must be more critical spots for towing. But its bad here. We all have resident parking sticker but they don't limit them to the street issued on. Cars from Washington Street are always taking spots here.
