This is located where the new apartments near Malden Center are being built. I have more close up pictures of the problem. Basically, the ramp does not fit the sidewalk properly and there's a several inch drop from the top of the ramp to the ground. The ramp does not provide adequate stability for people with wheelchairs or walkers to move onto the sidewalk safely. A wheelchair can flip over or someone with vision and depth perception issues can step off the ramp improperly and get hurt. Not to mention the sidewalk is dirt with a bunch of big, loose rocks that can get stuck in wheels or cause a fall. After using the ramp to get onto the sidewalk, in order to get off the other end of the sidewalk, there is no ramp (not pictured) so people with wheelchairs would have to take another drop off (although the gap is not as large as is seen in the picture provided.) Please require the company to provide safe and adequate options for people of all abilities to navigate around their construction site.

Most of the sidewalks on the north side of Florence Street have either not been cleared or are inaccessible due to snow berms from plowing.

Car break in. Same person as incident 7741612. I tried to comment on that incident but I was unable to. A police report was filed and I strongly suggest anyone do the same.

There is a Silver Honda Oydssey Minivan (license plate: 79WF72) that parks either in front of 688, 690, or 694 Main Street and it’s car alarm will go off 2-3 times at odd hours of it night. It’s happened on 2 or 3 separate occasions over the last month. Tonight while this minivan was in front of 690 Main Street, it’s car alarm went off for periods of 5-7 minutes starting at around 9:00 p.m, again at 9:30, and then a third time at around 10:00 p.m. It has escalated to the level of disturbing the peace and it is unacceptable that we are unable to sleep or rest without excessive unpleasant noise.

As far as I can tell, the "walk" signals have been shut off since City Hall construction started. There are just as many pedestrians trying to walk to the T as before that project started -- in fact I think there is zero correlation between number of walkers and City Hall coming down -- so I'd love to see the walk signal reactivated here, as it's becoming quite dangerous in the morning.
