Malden Ward 2

I've submitted this picture before weeks ago, nothing has changed! At that time Ernie from parking told me the man living in this car has fallen on hard times and he would reach out to the director of the senior center in Malden to see if she could help. He's still living like this, along the public bike path, with families going past everyday, and he's urinating and defecating along the path. I've seen an industrial cleaning co. hose down the area so the city knows it's an issue. What is being done, what can be done for him? Nobody should have to live like this. Ty.

There is cross walk, and flashing lights on Rt 60, just East of the train bridge. Can the markings be redone, as they have faded.

Sidewalk not shoveled from storm a week ago

Trash is always place next to the barrels instead of inside the barrels so animals and rats can rip them wide open

The sidewalk has cracks and is starting to lift up at our house and our neighboring houses 123 and 129 Emerald Street. It has been like this for years. We just want to keep the neighborhood/city looking nice and the sidewalks safe to walk on as many people walk up and down our street to get to Highland Avenue and Devir Park. I can only seem to send you one picture. I have several pictures of the different cracks. There are more cracks than this one picture shows.

Why is Malden the only city where commenting is disabled? Is there a reason?

Home has a large box truck and mobile home that people live in. House has multiple families and the yard is full of trash. Yard has lots of cars that are being worked on.

At 20-22 West St, corner of West St and Estey St the owner paved his entire front yard -- sidewalk to house wall -- within the last couple days. This is not allowed per the bylaw 400.7.9 which says"a minimum of 50% of the required front yard shall be devoted to lawn and/or landscaping " -- right? Please correct this with the owner as possible.

Hello, Apt #1 at 7 Harnden Road plays the music extremely loud at all hours of the day and night. We've called the police several times and have been to court, but nothing has been done. Myself and the 3rd floor tenant work and have dogs. We can not get any sleep and our dogs are having a hard time, it's borderline animal cruelty what the 1st floor tenant is doing to our dogs and we have no way of stopping him. PLEASE HELP!!
