    There is a growing camp in the wooded area behind Generator stretching into the parking lot behind Champlain College building. They have generators, semi-permanent structures, numerous vehicles. There are "guards" who are aggressively policing the area on bike and speeding cars, verbally threatening people passing by.

    Overflow parking is now parking right up against the south exit/entrance to the Bike Path from the Oakledge parking lot. Could not even squeeze by on either side. This is the second time I've encountered this situation in the past week. Assume it is from the numerous teams using the fields at the same time.

    At least 5 long-term campsites are established on the no-camping beach just north of the Blodgett factory fence. There is garbage and smell from waste. This is not a legal campsite.

    The patches from 2016 water project have become major hazards, with drops of 6+ inches. Trucks, trailers, cars are swerving to avoid, and or bottoming out. There are multiple spots on the north south stretch between Edlund and Austin Drive. Please install signage to alert drivers and schedule early season repairs.

    Both sides of North Ave are in need of a sweep, which will probably require multiple passes to get a whole winter worth of debris out of the street. Especially in sections where potholes have been repeatedly filled with cold patch, the blown out patches and sections that have been ground down have all deposited enough material in the bike lanes that they're washboarded like a dirt road.

    Street sweeping needed in the bike lanes and on shoulders on the entirety of Pearl Street (both directions). Glass and metal debris capable of puncturing bicycle tires.

    Crosswalk across Park St. to Battery Park is dangerous and could benefit from a flashing warning light like the ones installed along Pine St. and near Edmund's schools on Main St. Several times recently a friend and I have had cars waiting in two of the three lanes only to be almost run over by a driver not paying attention in the second of two lanes coming from the North on Park St. Cars from Battery St., North Ave. and Park St. typically do not acknowledge this established crosswalk.

    Finding people parked in front of Hall's Hitches & Welding is a daily occurrence, this can cause bicycle and foot traffic to veer off the path and sometimes into the street in order to pass.
    Hall's Hitches & Welding needs another visit to remind them of this parking violation....please issue a warning or a ticket as I have proof here and can continue to pass on video and/or photo proof.

    This intersection is pretty dangerous for bikes. There needs to be asphalt to help cycles get across the rails.
