365 Us-2 Burlington, VT, 05401, USA - Burlington ElectricReported frequent blocking of the pedestrian/bicycle pathway with registered motor vehicles would benefit from an engineered solution, please. It has been suggest that temporary "armadillo" placement would effect a low-cost, immediate solution. I suggest that extending a few strategically-placed bollards as installed on the other side of this business's drive would provide a lasting solution. Thanks!

Traffic Calming ArchivedRose St Burlington, VT, 05401, USA - Burlington ElectricSpeeding, peeling out, wheelies, etc are terrorizing our neighborhood and putting everyone's safety at risk. We need a solution like speed bumps or a permanent closing of Rose St. where it meets North St. (this would also solve the loading truck issue w/ JR's).

16 Colchester Ave Burlington, VT 05401, USA - Burlington ElectricThis is a Tax exempt UVM building. UVM is neglecting it to the detriment of the building, the neighborhood, and the environment, not to mention its own brand and reputation. This is shameful and baffling.

POISON IVY IN POPULAR AREA OF LEDDY PARK AREA Acknowledged2 Leddy Park Road Burlington, Vermont - Burlington ElectricPoison ivy, Leddy Park, in area between soccer fields, racket courts, upper parking lot, playground and basketball court. The area is heavily used by local families, people walk through this area, and children chase balls into poison ivy infected areas. On weekend when there are soccer games, the area is packed with children. In contrast, an area next to Leddy arena that is rarely used is overly groomed. This area needs growth of trees and brush to prevent erosion of the soil which is causing the shoreline to erode. Trees are falling into the lake. There are dangerous sand cliffs that could give way. Needs to be roped off with warning signs, and growth allowed to recover to help stabilize the bank. Meanwhile, mowing needs to be done in the area of poison ivy. A grandmother told us her grandchild had been hospitalized with ivy skin poisoning after coming to watch a soccer game. NPA and Graffiti team painted a huge mural on back of old theater and requested a few picnic tables in the area to create family-friendly atmosphere.

Parks Department issue ArchivedLeddy Park Burlington, Vermont - Burlington Electric
Burlington legal ordinances prohibit : 22-2 damage to trees and park, 22-4 littering, 22-7 camping forbidden.
all these are being broken as there is a encampment directly over the fence from Hannafords between the 4 fields and the parking lot of the store. Tents, grills, clothe lines...this is a city park! how safe can this be for nighttime workers at the store or kids playing on the field ? there could be needles etc out there. please enforce the law!

Clean up this mess! ArchivedNorth Ave Burlington, Vermont - Burlington ElectricThis mess is out of control. There is no way you can see a cyclist coming if you are turning N onto North Ave from the belt line.

Oakledge Park Burlington, Vermont - Burlington ElectricOverflow parking is now parking right up against the south exit/entrance to the Bike Path from the Oakledge parking lot. Could not even squeeze by on either side. This is the second time I've encountered this situation in the past week. Assume it is from the numerous teams using the fields at the same time.
