Hi, there is a person living at the back of my house, off Packard alley.

Does anyone at City Hall acknowledge responsibility for -- or even care about -- the blighted, and raped, once lovely and landscaped mini-park at the bottom of Louisiana Street, and demarcated by Trinity Street, Harbor Way, and Packard Alley?

Scraped bare by city earth movers, bordered by derelict, grafittied KRail....

Up to ten pickup trucks, loaded with junk and trash, and parked in driveway, and on street overnight -- at a 2 bedroom house! People coming and going at all hours but, when observed by neighbors, walking on by, and returning later. Drunken arguments and fighting on nearby streets - police have been called. Some kind of demolition and construction going on in the rear, not visible from the street, but involving a concrete mixer.

Please refer to all the complaints duplicate issues and etrakit cases about this property over the years and see that nothing has improved.
Today was supposed to be the follow up date for Code Enforcement.
As predicted on the last report, he is filling the sidewalk with 2 cars, a forklift and more junk. But never mind as you have stated it's his sidewalk easement, so it okay. Issue Closed???

Prostitutes in city park. Used condums on the street. This is Vallejo's biggest preschool park and vallejo school district bus stop

Dumping on overland alley close to Sonoma.

This intersection is very dangerous and should be a 4 way stop. Currently the visibility is very bad and cars rarely stop.

Dismantled car on corner of Quincy Alley and Sacramento st.. Homeless people are sleeping in it and defecating is also being seen done around the vehicle. Neighborhood kids are being exposed to this. Really awful.
