New Parking Station does not have GOOD, detailed instructions. When I put in my credit card, I could not remove it. I had to get someone from the church to help me retrieve the card. Very hard to understand the new meters. Had a similar problem with the card on Palmers Square for trying to get lowest amount of minutes. I ended up spending $5.00 for a short amount of time. Very unhappy with new parking system. This will cause people to avoid shopping in downtown Princeton.

205-231 Quaker Rd Princeton, NJ, 08540, USA - Princeton
On November 26, 2019 I was coming home from work. I turned left onto Quaker Road from Mercer Street/Princeton Pike and I hit a pothole (could not steer out of the way because there was a huge line of traffic on the opposite side). My back right tire became flat within 1 minute. I had to pull off by the turnout near the canal. AAA helped me with a spare tire. When I took the car in for repair the next morning, they said the tire was not repairable and I needed a new one, which cost me $121.87. This is very upsetting because I had JUST bought 4 brand new tires two weeks prior. I am submitting this report now because I just learned about this website and a friend mentioned that they had a similar experience and actually received a reimbursement for their new tire. I am hoping this will be possible for me. I don't have a photo of the pothole because I only pass that area in the evening and it's too dark to take a photo. There is also nowhere to safely pull over. AND, I believe the pothole was recently filled.

  • 160 Hickory Court Princeton, New Jersey - Princeton North
On the morning of May 29th the Princeton Public Works depat came to the cul-de-sac on Hickory court to cut the grass. There were 4 workers and they did a terrible job cutting and trimming the grass. There were some downed branches and istead of moving them they attempted to trim around them
  • 200 Marshall Ave Princeton NJ 08540 United States, Princeton, NJ - Princeton

We have seen a homeless man for 3 days now living underneath the large trees in the Butler Tracts open lots just east of Harrison street.

Princeton university owns these lots and local residents tend to walk there. Many children play in this area unattended and having a homeless transient there is dangerous.

  • 416 Nassau St Princeton, New Jersey - Princeton
There is a tree that appears to be dead (see attached photo) on the south corner of Nassau Street and Harriet Drive. I believe it is a Princeton town tree, and Princeton town is responsible for cutting it down.
  • Washington Rd Princeton 08540, United States - Princeton
THIS IS NOT A DUPLICATE. Box truck parked in a no stopping/standing zone and parked on the sidewalk, on Washington Rd. This is a danger for pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers. WB Mason should be able to find and pay for parking, just like any other driver. I see them here repeatedly at this time, so it should be possible for Princeton Police to plan enforcement.
  • 150 Loomis Ct Princeton, NJ, 08540, USA - Princeton North
The circle at Loomis Court is in deplorable condition, especially on the northern side. It is covered with ruts and potholes. It is unsightly and a safety hazard. The problem began several years ago when Princeton's contractor paved the circle during a rain storm. It was never repaved properly at that time and has become worse. The patches never corrected the basic problem. Neighboring Hickory Court, which was identical to Loomis when it was built in the 1950's, was recently refurbished with what appears to be Belgian block stone and looks very well maintained. Why is the circle at Loomis such a mess and why wasn't it improved when Hickory was? ? Thank you for your attention to this matter.
  • 178 Stockton St Princeton, NJ, 08540, USA - Princeton
Stockton Street sidewalk (also used as bicycle path) not maintained. I reported this to Princeton Dept Public Works but they did not respond. This section between Elm and Campbelton Road is NEVER maintained and is dangerous for cyclists when wet and impassable when it snows.
