Homeless Emcampments with stolen trash cans, drug use, pedestrian disturbances and illegal dumping. Location:
5400 block of Claremont under the freeway across from Frog Park. PLEASE, City of Oakland, do something about this.
6201-6299 Claremont Avenue Oakland, California - Rockridge
The casual carpool sign has been removed from this location. It was in place as of 3/13/2017 and was gone this morning. The top of the signpost and the sign have been cut, which makes me think this was a city action rather than vandalism. Can it be returned/replaced, please? Thank you.

Someone emptied a septic tank from an RV into the storm drain all over street next at corner of Vicente Way and Claremont next to State Farm. It’s foul and needs to be cleaned up. It’s rancid for blocks and all over the sidewalk. Given Coronavirus is contagious through feces a severe health hazard.
The corner of Forest and Ayala is a heavily trafficked intersection but with no stop sign on either street. User at least one near accident a week. A stop sign needs to be installed on Forest, possibly also on Ayala.
Claremont At Hudson Oakland, California - Rockridge
The large homeless encampment underneath highway /4 on Claremont has gotten so big that pedestrians can no longer pass in the sidewalk without going into the street. This is unsafe given the four lanes of traffic. It’s also highly travelled by small children going to the playground across the street
466-498 Hudson St Oakland, CA 94618, USA - Shafter
A homeless man has erected a structure which is growing daily in Hudson Street, across from Frog Park, and blocking the sidewalk by the casual carpool pickup. There is now lots of garbage, feces, debris, and some items that appear to be stolen. Please move this man into a shelter and remove all this junk from this public area.
