Pulaski Park and surrounding areas. Area is similar to northern portion of Ward 1B and includes: Mater Dolorosa, Pizza D'Action, The Wherehouse, 202 Rotary, Open Square, Echo Hill Townhouses, Robert E. Barrett Fishway, St. Patty's Day Road Race Starting Line, and two bridges over the 1st and 2nd level of the Canal.

    The bridge has horrible potholes. It is damaging work and personal vehicles, it was patched once and lasted a couple days. Maybe there is a more semi permanent solution

    309 Hampden St. is leaving behind trash that is not placed into the barrels for the city to pick up. The trash in the alley is now being covered by leaves from their Oak tree. This is an ongoing issue with these owners.

    The people on the first floor at 309 Hampden St. have using paint ball paint on our building and cars. A;so
    there are people in the alley at night standing in the shadows when I come home at 9pm from work. There is a dog at 309 Hampden St. that is put outside after 11pm and barks for at least an hour at a time. Neighbors feel there is drug abuse in that house as well.
