Pulaski Park and surrounding areas. Area is similar to northern portion of Ward 1B and includes: Mater Dolorosa, Pizza D'Action, The Wherehouse, 202 Rotary, Open Square, Echo Hill Townhouses, Robert E. Barrett Fishway, St. Patty's Day Road Race Starting Line, and two bridges over the 1st and 2nd level of the Canal.

    There is a huge hole forming at the junction of the alley on Hampden St. between Walnut and Pine Streets. The sidewalks also are in desperate need of repair. There are people in wheelchairs, elderly and children who use the road instead of the sidewalk between Walnut and Pine Sts.

    Good morning
    Why have snow plows neglected to properly plow the left side of High st heading North?
    The right side is cleared properly

    Also, why is there no suitable free parking for residents?
    If you want people to come live in the city proper, you need to make things inviting!!!!
    Every city We have lived in has resident parking stickers, albeit a one time fee
    Regardless of weather, at 8am -5pm, week days, we are forced to either feed the parking meter all day or find free parking that is non existant in the neighborhood or is far away
    We live above Brennans bar
    One of us works from home and not only is the quarter bill for feeding the meter expensive, its just a pain in our back side going up and down the stairs all day
    Kindly provide us with a response on both situations

    There's a dead squirrel on Lyman Street just before the canal. It's just decomposing on the sidewalk on the right side coming down the hill. Been there two or three weeks now.

    Veterans Park still do not have the lights on earlier enough. It is dark at 5:00.. I walk and people walking toward me and I cannot see their faces, are they carrying something, is someone walking up behind me? It is not safe and I feel vunerable. When the lights are on I am secure and confident. The street lights are on at a reasonable hour. I expect the same at the park.

    Another issue, across from the park a street light is flashing like a strobe light. It is located at the corner convenient store on Dwight.

    I really do appreciate all the good work that the city does, but they cannot know everything in the community.
