Pulaski Park and surrounding areas. Area is similar to northern portion of Ward 1B and includes: Mater Dolorosa, Pizza D'Action, The Wherehouse, 202 Rotary, Open Square, Echo Hill Townhouses, Robert E. Barrett Fishway, St. Patty's Day Road Race Starting Line, and two bridges over the 1st and 2nd level of the Canal.

    Veterans Park still do not have the lights on earlier enough. It is dark at 5:00.. I walk and people walking toward me and I cannot see their faces, are they carrying something, is someone walking up behind me? It is not safe and I feel vunerable. When the lights are on I am secure and confident. The street lights are on at a reasonable hour. I expect the same at the park.

    Another issue, across from the park a street light is flashing like a strobe light. It is located at the corner convenient store on Dwight.

    I really do appreciate all the good work that the city does, but they cannot know everything in the community.

    This bench near the center of Pulaski Park near the flag pole is bent out of shape. It is not straight.

    1 car didn't move when the reverse parking ban went into effect. Now there are 2 maybe 3 parking spaces that can't be used until the next major snow storm. Why aren't these cars towed or at least ticketed?
