  • 6701 Lansdowne Ave Philadelphia, PA - Morris Park

  • 6500 Lebanon Ave Philadelphia, PA 19151, USA - Morris Park

    6500 Lebanon Avenue in Overbrook.
This property is daily surrounded by litter that is never cleaned up by landlord nor staff in store on first floor that sells goods that often become litter later.

Corner trash can is responsibility of store tenant and is only emptied weekly before private trash collection takes place. Thus the can is usually overflowing with trash and pet waste from passersby.

Pavements are a tripping hazard and are usually overgrown with weeds that catch litter and bits of broken glass.

Please ticket and monitor for improvement.

Also per a past zoning hearing, store tenant was told to put store trash in basement to be stored for private pickup rather than storing outside. Trash was to be kept in containers or cans. Instead store owner puts trash out only in bags night before private pickup. This violates codes.

Bags may be observed after 9pm each Tuesday night or very early Wednesday mornings.

Photo shows location in best case condition. Typically it is much worse.

Huge pile of trash bags, wood scraps, and two toilets in Mt. vernon manor parking lot.
  • 887 N 44th St Philadelphia, PA 19104 - Belmont

This probably falls under SEPTA's jurisdiction, since the potholes are right next to trolley tracks.

If you turn left onto Lancaster Ave from Belmont/44th, they're right in your path, and you have to go out of your way to avoid them.

  • 700 Block Of Marlyn Road Philadelphia, PA - Haddington-Carroll Park
Blue Windstar minivan parked in front of a private home since March 17, 2011 with a ladder that extends over the length of the minivan which is dangerous the sticker on window is 11/12 License # HCy2779 PA and license tag sticker 11/11. 311 and the police were asked about this and both stated nothing could be done
This vehicle is dangerous one our my neighbors hit his head on the ladder but did not know who the owner of vehicle was. Under parking violations
12-901(3) Commercial vehicle parked in residential area which carries a fine of 101.00 should have been ticketed by the police. The vehicle has been in operable since March 17, 2011 which is over a month. Once again what constitutes an abandoned vehicles just because stickers are valid does not make the vehicle operable. I would like this vehicle moved from in front of my door it's and eyesore and it is dangerous. Someone needs to do their job and follow up on this and stop passing the buck!!

5286 Webster St Philadelphia, PA 19143 - Cobbs Creek
close to 53rd on the 5200 block of Webster St., along the curb there is a sinkhole developing. There are many elderly people on the block who park on this side of the street. I'd hate to see one of them step in it by accident.
  • Haverford Ave Between 60th And 63rd Streets Philadelphia, PA - Haddington-Carroll Park
The bike lanes on Haverford Avenue are not marked. In fact there are no lines on the street at all.
