Modify the method so residents can see more information about an issue. Being closed does not mean being fixed. We need to know when things are scheduled to be fixed not if the reported information is added into a separate recording system only accessible to DC employees and the person making the request. Everyone needs to see the info and schedule. See the issue referenced in the picture for an example.

Cars, delivery trucks, etc. don't respect this section of the bike lane on 1st St NE. There needs to be better enforcement of the bike lane such as police giving tickets. I bike along this stretch of 1st St everyday and it extremely dangerous for cyclists yet I've never seen a police presence here ticketing the many drivers who take regularly park and drive in his bike lane.
  • 700 4th Street Ne Washington, DC - Capitol Hill
Truck is close to intersection causing many drivers to not see stop sign and running thru the intersection
  • 201 I St Ne Washington, DC 20002, USA - Capitol Hill
On the east side of 2nd Street NE under H Street overpass, there is a sewer/manhole that does not have a cover on it. Danger for children falling in.
  • 215-299 G St Ne Washington, DC 20002, USA - Capitol Hill
The intersection at 3rd and G NE is adjacent to a DCPS elementary school. It needs proper cross walks painted.

There's no Zone 6 parking sign. You can't tell if you're to close to the fire hydrant also. The pic shows me parked 6 feet away from the fire hydrant yet I was given a ticket. We need a sign so you can tell where parking begins and ends.
  • 701-711 5th Street Northeast Washington, DC 20002, USA - Capitol Hill
    Parked too close to corner
  • 401 E Street Northeast Washington, DC 20002, United States of America - Capitol Hill
Red bulb at NE corner of 4th and E NE is out.
  • 224 G St Ne Washington, DC - Capitol Hill
A driveway no longer exists and people who park in front of that curbed area are incorrectly ticketed. Signage allowing either zone 6 residential or metered parking is needed as it is not fair to not allow people to park in a needed parking spot.
