I saw two men, one latino, one black, and their yellow dog pull up in a white pickup and dump a bunch of stuff out of the back. I took a picture, they hopped back in and sped off with their lights off. White Toyota Tundra lic # 6G74651

At least 10 shopping carts and lumber carts, full of garbage, blocking lanes behind Home Depot. It’s been like this for weeks. People and animals wandering in the off ramp lane. I’m sure the businesses along 40th st would be happy to get their stolen property back. (hey SeeClickFix, can we get an HOMELESS ENCAMPMENT category here?)
The lights underneath the overpass at Peralta north of 35th St have been out for months. There are 5-6 lights that need to be replaced/turned back on. Is Oakland and CalTrans duking it out? PLEASE FIX! It's NOT SAFE!

People camping in the gazebo.
Prostitution, drug dealing, alcohol consumption, garbage dumped daily, people peeing and defecating in and around the park and and the front of our doors, shopping carts filled with garbage all around the park. Unsafe and filthy gazebo and park.
The abandoned train tracks crossing Mandela are quite unevan, and the blacktop around it has buckled up and down causing a severe hazard to cyclists. The problem is at it's worst in the bicycle lane, so to safely cross the tracks you have to go to the far left lane, or make a sharp curve onto 26th street to loop around the tracks.
There are maybe six or seven major potholes between San Pablo and Mandela- going in both directions. Any one of them could cause major damage to a car that ran through them. They've been there for half a year and are getting even bigger.
