    The riverwalk is covered in graffiti this spring. This is one of Lowell's greatest assets. Police should patrol the riverwalk to deter this.

    Yesterday, May 21st I was issued a parking ticket. I paid my meter and still had time left. I suppose the only other reason I got it was for double parking. This is unfair because there are no lines painted whatsoever marking the parking spaces. I will pay the $20 fine because it is not worth the gas and time to request a hearing. Please paint these lines so we know where the parking space is defined.

    There is a large amount of graffiti on the footbridge connecting the Prescott Street tunnel and the Middlesex Community College, near the Lower Locks Gatehouse. Graffiti is now on the floor of the footbridge, on the brick sidewalk near MCC as well as on the red brick wall of the old Lowell Sun Building visible from the footbridge. Thank you.

    There are multiple graffiti locations from the river walk entrance at Boott Mills to the planter boxes by river place towers. It's on the actual walking path and the stone retaining walls. This is a constant issue for this area.
