    The machine charged me for two hours/$2.
    I only needed to park for one hour.

    The crosswalk between the Massachusetts and Boot Mills on Bridge St is severly faded, bordering on non-existant. This is a main thoroughfare for motorists thus a visable crosswalk is a primary resource for pedestrian safety

    The fountain in Lucy Larcom Park is broken and has been for a while. This is a prominent feature of the park and it would be wonderful to have it working again, especially in time for the Lowell Folk Festival. Could this please be repaired?

    There seems to be a large hole in the asphalt of the empty lot in front of Canal Place III, in the corner closest to the building and Market St. I haven't been close to it, but it looks significant and people do walk through there at night.
