1100 Spruce St Philadelphia, PA - City Center EastThis block is always a mess. The residents or property owners who live on this block do not clean up ever. They put trash out on the wrong days, and they don't clean up the trash that is left in front of their property

Cars, USPS, and FedEx Constantly Blocking Bike Lanes Acknowledged800 Spruce Street Philadelphia, PA - City Center EastUPS, FedEx, USPS, and cars CONSTANTLY blocking bike lanes. Super dangerous and they never get ticketed. PPA should spend more time ticketing bike lanes and less stalking parking meters!

1208 South Street Philadelphia, PA - City Center EastL & M Food Market, located at 1208 South Street operates a junky looking table and puts large, bulky, used items on the sidewalk for sale during day and evening business hours. These items narrow the sidewalk and make it difficult to walk. The random used objects, randomly placed on the sidewalk and/or a make shift table, also make the block look trashy. They also chain used bikes up to the poles and put a sale sign out , as well as cheap cell phone signs in the street and over hanging the awning. I do not believe they have a permit for outside sales and would like appropriate department to look into this and if found to be illegal, take the necessary steps to stop them from doing this in the future. Thank you.

250 South 13th Street Philadelphia, PA - City Center EastScaffolding surrounds two sides of the Lenox building for over three years. The wood is rotting and the area acts as a weather shield and cover of darkness for drug dealers, drug users and prostitutes. Both along 13th Street and along Irving Street. Graffiti covers many sections. Scaffolding is owned by John Weber, Inc. and the banner showing their name and 215-324-1418 has long since been removed. A drug user may be seen in the photo or, at any time of any day, in person.

Sidewalked fenced off Archived518 S 7th St Philadelphia, PA - Queen VillageBuilders have had the sidewalk fenced off for many months, and they've created an unnavigable pothole in the street. Pedestrians are forced into the street; bikes are forced close to cars; cars are forced to stop.

1307 Locust St Philadelphia, PA - City Center EastI have reported many times to the police people arriving late at night in the parking lot. They are playing loud music and then throwing bottles (its been going on nightly) I contacted owner of the parking lot and they say there is nothing they can do

S Juniper St Philadelphia, PA - City Center EastThe city put in new trees about 2 years ago. In no time they were knocked down by delivery trucks for the Doubletree hotel. The cuts in the sidewalk are now gaping holes filled with water and trash. It's so bad I don't walk down that street anymore.

1101-1119 Pine St Philadelphia, PA - City Center EastAll of zone 4 parking (or at least every block I saw from Lombard up to Spruce and from 13th to 8th) is being blocked off for tomorrow's cleaning event. The signs were just put up a day or two ago and there is nowhere else to park since it encompasses the whole parking zone. Many residents have work or family obligations from 8am - 1 pm this Saturday and will now have their cars towed. If only a few blocks were closed at a time and/or there was more advanced notice, the residents of the area may have been able to plan accordingly. With no place left to park and no notice, it's a real burden on those who are not two adult households with 9-5 weekday jobs and no family obligations outside of the city. Isn't there a limit to the number of parking spaces that can be blocked off in a single parking zone at once? Aren't there regulations about how far in advance an organization should put up the no parking signs?
