Neighbor to Neighbor
8514 Candelaria Road Northeast Albuquerque, New Mexico - AlbuquerqueThere is A homeless looking Man and Women Living in a trailer on this property in the driveway. In passing have seen the male urinating on side of house. Is this allowed? Would like to see about having this issue resolved.
8710 Candelaria Road Northeast Albuquerque, New Mexico - AlbuquerqueThe residents of this house are seen daily pouring grease and other foods down gutters. attraction Mice and Cockroaches. Also throws rice near median also attracting mice and roaches
2510 Wyoming Ne Albuquerque, New Mexico - AlbuquerqueI have reported this ongoing yard sale multiple times in the past. As usual, the complaint gets marked "he City of ABQ has received this issue. It is registered as service request xxxxx".
I want this issue fixed FOR REALZ. This property is a rental that has been a source of multiple violations over the years and it is an abomination that the city refuses to do it's job and resolve the obvious issues for which there is proof of, like this one.
DO NOT automatically close this issue, like you do most other issues. I will close it when the problem is resolved. In the mean time, I will continue to post weekly photos of this violation which is CLEARLY spelled out in city Zoning code. I can provide those specifics should whoever handles this filing is incapable of figuring it out themselves.
Oh...and by the way...these people only do this on the weekends. Usually Saturday.
The last residence that did this wound up cutting back to Sunday's only because he knew the city wouldn't come out and inspect on Sundays imply because they are off on Sundays.......I don't want to hear that bs excuse again. But these people do this on Saturdays anyway, so that shouldn't be an issue if the job is done correctly.
8711 Fairbanks Ne Albuquerque, New Mexico - AlbuquerqueThis individual has had vehicles parked in his front yard since he moved in years ago. Nobody says anything. It's time to end this. The violation I am posting right after this one post is THE REASON why.
I have *never* driven by this address and NOT seen a vehicle parked on the front yard.
So please don't waste my time by saying "no violation observed" on such and such a date and time. It will take no time to spot it if you *happen* to drive by the one time was no vehicle on the yard. Check again. I promise you will see it within any one day period.
2627 General Bradley Albuquerque, NM - AlbuquerqueHere is another junk car on the street in our neighborhood. Car is in tatters. Has been there for a year or more. Registration is expired according to plate.
2523 General Marshall St Ne Albuquerque, NM - Albuquerque
More front yard parking.
This address is a rental and has a history of problems and complaints. The older yellow vehicle in the driveway is unregistered. Has no tags. We have let that "slide" as the property has been reasonably kept otherwise.
Now they are parking in the front yard and have junk in the front yard.
9018 Claremont Albuquerque, New Mexico - Albuquerque
Here is yet another front yard parker.
This one seems to be at work or somewhere during the day. Please do your verification of this one in the evening. I will be happy to post daily photos with time and date stamps if needed.
"Property was inspected and no violation found" will be responded to with more photos.
8730 Claremont Ne Albuquerque, New Mexico - AlbuquerqueThis vehicle has been sitting for some time. The tag is expired.
8411 Flower Pl Ne Albuquerque, NM - AlbuquerqueCar has not moved in year(s)? Has been sitting there bottomed out on the right rear looking like a junkyard. Registration is expired.
8402 Flower Pl Ne Albuquerque, NM - Albuquerquewe shoulg have speed bumps at this strret because the people that drive to get to Wyoming drive too fat and there's a lot of kids in this neighborhood!
8614 Candelaria Ne Albuquerque, NM - AlbuquerqueThis address was cited previously for front yard parking. They complied for a short time and the issue was closed, but they are back at it again as expected.
8502 Claremont Ne Albuquerque, NM - AlbuquerqueThese trucks have been coming and going from this residence as pictured....full of trash....for many months on end now. Neighbors report the "family" is using the home for a "Recycling" business and operate out of the residence, sorting the trash there. The back yard is full of trash wall to wall and paper trash is constantly blowing off the property and into neighbor's yards. Not to mention they frequently park off-driveway, on the yard improperly.
