My Neighborhood

Two locations, both small: Family Dollar and the fire hydrants diagonally across the street at the old drive-thru on Fulton. The grass needs mowed/weed-eated at both locations. Both are businesses and should be FINED.

Lot at 1530 Woodland Avenue NW is out control with high weeds and grass. Makes the neighborhood look rundown.

Neighbor reports this as a rental prop that just look terrible. Trash all around. No longer has grass just a mud hole. Siding broken etc.

Front porch full of trash; side yard also cluttered. Possible health hazard and very unsightly in a neighborhood (Vassar Park) whose residents are trying to improve the area.

Allow me to make this really simple for you, because I'm trying to be delicate, but I always want to be funny, and that would be bad.

Woman has to use the restroom:
1. Enters restroom.
2. Uses first stall; must hold bottom of stall door to keep closed.
3. Must use toilet paper, which means she must release door, especially if she must do any other type of feminine hygiene maintenance
Problem: Door opens about 4-6 inches, allowing anyone entering the restroom to view anything she is doing.
Solution: A simple nail hook lock would suffice, or even a slide chain lock if there's not enough space for a nail hook. Sit down and give it a whirl, boys! ;)

Yesterday I hit a huge pothole and got a gaping hole in my tire. I was told it couldn't be fixed. So I put the spare on until I could get a new tire on my day off. Today, I dodged that same pothole which lead me to hit a different one, and it flattened my spare. I shouldn't have to pay for a new tire, when there are potholes everytime I turn around. This is dangerous and I think that canton should pay for my tire and resolve this problem to protect other people. If this is not resolved I will take more action.

Please inspect for code violations. Up and down duplex. East side steps are falling apart and roof is also falling apart.

Entering complaint for apt #6 tenant. The roof is leaking and there is damage to ceiling. There is broken windows and peeling paint. Building is not being maintained.

House is burned, missing windows, not boarded up, has to be a health/safety issue.

Caller reports trash cans and barrels full of water standing in the back yard which is drawing mosquitoes.

This person whom lives in the side apartment which faces 17th st n.w. has garbage, cans bottles rags just pure junk on front porch, on the groung under bushes. neighbors have been to him with little results. this has been turned in so many times by his neighbors and it just doesn't matter to him..

Junk cars were removed after being tagged for impound due to a previous issue report BUT now there are different junk cars BACK in the driveway. Along with junk cars at 311-15th NW (reported in a separate issue post this morning)
