Trash bin outside shores child care is overflowing. Parking lot is now used by people walking the Bay Trail or fishing in the slough. Not sure who is responsible for emptying this trash or how often it’s picked up, but it would be great if some agency would step up. There was a small dumpster nearby that had a squirrel and crow busy dumpster-diving.

One of the monitors assigned to ensure social distancing and enforce parking restrictions (she was wearing a Menlo Park shirt), wore her mask hanging around her neck while going right up to drivers' windows to discuss why they couldn't park there and where they might find alternative parking spots. She clearly wasn't protecting the public. Your employees need to be reminded why they are supposed to wear their masks. Thank you.
  • 923 Marsh Road Menlo Park California - North Fair Oaks

At 923 Marsh Road, there is a large, untrimmed tree on the property with branches overhanging and obstructing the sidewalk. There is a large swarm of bees, presumably with a hive, located in the tree. The bees become agitated when pedestrians walk by.
I was stung while walking my dog recently. Now, when I approach, the bees swarm, and I have to step into Marsh Road with my dog to avoid the tree and the bees. This is dangerous, depending on the traffic.

I request that the hive/bees be removed as soon as possible.
Please advise when this has been done.

    Thank you.
