Notified About

  • Storm Water Problem Acknowledged
2778 Skyland Drive Northeast Atlanta, GA 30319, USA - Brookhaven
Flooding, chunks of asphalt washed away.
  • 3692 Ashford Dunwoody Road Northeast Atlanta, GA - Brookhaven
The post DeKalb county put out in the street to mark the crosswalk did not last long in the heavy traffic.
  • 3731 Buford Hwy Ne Atlanta, GA - Brookhaven

Buford Hwy, from Northeast Plaza to the area past Plaza Fiesta, is in dire need of sidewalks. It is very difficult for disabled people, parents with baby strollers, teenagers or anyone to stay active in the pedestrian lifestyle when they have to go onto the streets just to get by all the bumps and gravel because there is a lack of sidewalks on both sides of Buford Hwy.

Georgia DOT wants to start their $11.5 million upgrade beginning with the areas near the Latin American Association. The areas between Northeast Plaza and Plaza Fiesta area should be prioritized, not areas that are already "developed" such as the Lenox/Chesire Bridge to Northeast Plaza area.

  • 2170 Drew Valley Rd brookhaven, Georgia - Brookhaven
there is a dead pine tree, drooping huge limbs into the back yard of my house and on my fence , out-building . I am afraid to let my dogs in the back yard as they could fall victim to a branch or entire tree. the tree is located on the property next to me that is owned by dekalb county , it was bought out in the flood program . I just don't want to wake to a tree coming through my house ! thank you . tree is located in the n.e rear corner of the property approx. 25 feet from creek and 10 ft . to my fence .
  • Road washing away Acknowledged
Childers Rd Ne Atlanta, Georgia - Brookhaven
Rain water is slowing washing away the side of the Childers Rd NE, off of N Druid Hills Rd. This is dangerous because it's creating a drop off and with the curve in the road and overgrown brush on the opposite side of the road, you can't see approaching cars. At a minimum, the brush needs to be cut back. Thank you.

  • 2035-2055 S Johnson Ferry Rd Ne Atlanta, GA - Brookhaven
We need additional signs that are placed in the center line to remind drivers that it is state law to stop for pedestrians in crosswalks. This location is also a MARTA bug stop for Kroger. The current sign is only the yellow crosswalk indicator.
  • Broken Drain Archived
1082 Wimberly Rd Ne Atlanta, GA - Brookhaven
Badly broken concrete drain at the street. Concerned about someone tripping or a child hitting it with their bike. It also constricts the water flow into the drain.
  • 1849-1851 Dresden Drive Atlanta, GA 30319, USA - Brookhaven
    Plate
  • 3670-3688 Ashford Dunwoody Road Northeast Atlanta, Georgia - Brookhaven
More traffic enforcement is needed, especially during the morning rush hour along Ashford Dunwoody, between Johnson Ferry and West Nancy Creek, especially that area in front of Blackburn Park. For the third time in two weeks I have seen cars pass school buses stopped with their lights flashing. Adding insult to injury, they did so by using the dedicated turn lane, which is a violation in and of itself. this stretch of road needs a pretty radical re-design and execution anyway, but in the meantime, I know you will do your best to keep the children of Brookhaven safe. Thanks so much for your prompt attention.
  • Parks Problem Archived
1500-1660 East Nancy Creek Atlanta, GA 30319, USA - Brookhaven
cement blocks are tumbling over which could take the bridge down. if redone, this would benefit from more cosmetically appealing materials for the wall.
