We support Utah's digital government, included our Utah.gov portal and over 900 online services. We work with all state agencies and also collaborate with local govt. The are actually extends to all of the state of Utah (not allowed by seeclickfix).

    2100 South Freeway West Valley City, Utah - Salt Lake County
    This is possibly the worst highway junction in the state. It is an old cloverleaf design that was suitable in the 70's. It is useless with todays population and traffic speeds. During rush hour cars back up a quarter mile and there is dangerous lane changes happening. Someone is bound to get hurt and likely already have. There is not enough distance between the 215NB offramp onto 201 WB and the 215 SB onramp from 201 WB. Cars are trying to merge off and on within 1/8 of a mile...TERRIBLE!
    Do something about it UDOT! Get with the 21st century!

    This is pitched the wrong direction !!
    Can't we learn any thing from Nascar ?
    The turn is negatively banked causing merging traffic to wander into the interstate.
    This has near misses every day.

    Merging into traffic from I-215 to 201 is ridiculously dangerous. There is not enough time to get over before the Redwood Road exit comes up and I have almost been hit at least 20 times in the last year. I have stopped going this way even though it means the difference between getting to work in 10 minutes vs 20 min.

    Just north, maybe a couple of hundred yards, of exit 21 southbound on I-125. Lane next to fast lane, left hand side, there is a deadly pothole. I saw a motorcycle hit it hard and nearly lose control and then I hit it in my truck. It shook the truck hard. This should be a high priority item.

    It's more of a manhole cover that is too deep which feels like a pothole so it needs to be smoothed out and filled in more so the car can go over it more smoothly without risk of damage. Please & thanks

    The expansion joint at exit 304 on south bound I-15 to east bound I-80 in the outside 2 lanes has failed badly and is breaking up.

    From I-80EB to I-15SB, on the left shoulder just past the 600 S Exit. Racoon, dead. Been there several weeks...gradually decomposing and being all gross and stuff. Hard to miss.

    The NB i15 / 215 interchange in Murray is in dire condition, there is significant ice/slush building up. Please dispatch to get a track this area ASAP . I witnessed a dozen near miss accidents within minutes of each other.

    I was driving east on 4100 S. in the dark last night wanting to go left on Bangerter. I find the new roads and signs very confusing. As I progressed going north on Bangerter, around 2000 S. to 1000 S. ? I came to where's a bit of an incline and the roads cross over, where the north bound lanes switch driving directions with the south bound lanes. Again, in the dark and never having driven this, I found it very confusing and potentially dangerous! What benefit do these changes make compared to traditional intersections and straight roads??
