Notified About

  • Fort Wooster Park 959 Townsend Ave, East Haven, CT, 06512, USA - Annex
Retaining wall on Townsend Ave. sidewalk has deteriorated and is crumbling needs repair.
  • 100 Warwick Street New Haven, Connecticut - Annex
The apartment complex across from and owned by the Milford Barrel Company never removes the toters from the sidewalk or curb line. You either have to walk in the street to get around them. Many time the toters end up in the street causing traffic tie ups. This section of the road is dangerous enough...bad curve, speeding cars and trucks pulling in and out of the Barrel Company at will. Please address this issue. It is not the first time it has been posted.

    Anyone know a good lawyer??!?
The sidewalk in front of my house has completely buckled, and tree roots lifted the concrete up by 4 inches in several spots. I have called about this issue many times! A “patch” of blacktop was suppose to be a temporary fix. That was done 15 years ago. Still nothing has been done. This is now a liability issue!!!
  • 61 Warrick Street New Haven, CT - Annex

The Dumpster at 61 Warrick is overflowing again. There are trash bags on the ground...soon to be all over the neighborhood. A Refrigerator with the doorsstill on has been added to the trash pile at the end of the driveway. A dog pen of sorts has been constructed in the front yard of the building. There is constant barking. Not the dogs fault!

These are Quality of life issues which impact our neighborhood greatly.

  • 881 Townsend Ave New Haven, Connecticut - Annex
I remember when sidewalks were for pedestrians and the wheelchair bound. When did that change - see picture of west side of corner of Townsend Ave and Upson Terr.
  • Governor John Davis Lodge Turnpike New Haven, Connecticut - Annex
This light used to work fine. Now it's often red for traffic coming off I-95 and green for the usually empty road coming up from the Gateway Terminal.

145 Peat Meadow Rd New Haven, CT, 06513, USA - Annex
Near this location when you are coming out of the road where Car Max and Hyundia Dealerships are, the stop sign is down.
This was called into the police
Sign pole should be buried into the ground to prevent this from happening
  • 35 Main Street Anx East Haven, CT, 06512, USA - Annex
Business on the corner of Beacon Ave (pizza place) allows vehicles to park in the front on sidewalk. This causes many issues as I’ve seen vehicles back out with out looking almost hitting vehicles. Also can hit pedestrians on sidewalk. Also blocks the view for vehicles attempting to turn left making them pull forward and potentially being in the way of oncoming traffic. Have also seen issues with the parking lot being used for drug transactions. Not just with current owners but past owners as well, area should be a little more policed as it’s being seen more and more around the area not just on this street but on the streets surrounding especially with less lit areas.
  • 15 Beacon Avenue New Haven, CT - Annex
A small mattress was discarded in the street in front of residential homes.

Been trying for 10+ years to get this property cleaned up. Property is owned by Housing Authority.

We got them to come out once to survey it. They moped around, picked up a few sticks, lef and never came back.

It's become a veritable ecosystem in our own back yard. Rats, raccoons, skunks, possums, and even deer! The rats invaded our house and our neighbors' houses. We had to hire an exterminator and buy traps..
By the time spring is in bloom, this will be overrun again.

Enough. Clean it before we sue.
