When it rains or it is windy the branches fall and rub against the house. Also there are occasions that big branches fall at a time and can hit someone in the head. Squirrel like to jump back and forth and scratch the roof and try to get in the house. We have gutter damage because the tree branches cover half the house. We have people always walking up and down the street and fear they might get randomly hurt. Green fugus like thing grows on our roof and we have to constantly go up and clean our roof. We have called several times to get this problem resolved with no answer. Please get back to us. Branches from several trees on our street are literally touching elextrical cables. There are two major problems with using the "pedestrian recall" setting. First, excessive traffic buildup and frustration at some major intersections with little pedestrian activity. Secondly, many pedestrians are unaware of the change to "pedestrian recall," so they press the buttons anyway. Perhaps tape over the buttons with a sign would help.
