810 9th Avenue South St. Petersburg, FL 33701, USA - Historic Roser Park Neighborhood Association
There is a repeat offender of dumping trash and large furniture items in the alley behind 810 9th avenue south. Just a few days ago the community service officer and sanitation dept . came out and cleared out a bunch of stuff and now it's full again. They stated that if it continues they may put in cameras. I believe this is a great idea as there is already another load full and they were just here.

Illegal Dumping. We just cleaned this spot 5 days ago and someone is at it again! We really hope they will install cameras on this alley way as there has been talk of it didn't stop, sanitation might put cameras in to catch the offenders.

This is a busy intersection where the left turn only lane is not controlled well. Every day on my way to work I get cut off by people who are in the left turn only lane, but go straight. I would recommend that a change be made which forces the left turn lane to go left so they are not able to obstruct the traffic pattern.

This is an illegally subdivided rental. There are 3 instead of two rental units. The third is actually an electrical / boiler room of some sort and is infested with flying cockroaches. The outside paint is peeling and the paneling is falling apart. Electrical wires are exposed in huge messes all over the back, on the alley side. Additionally a hideously graffitied inoperative vehicle has been parked behind the “house” on the alley side. There are visible flying bugs, possibly termites. The house has visible holes allowing passerby on the alley to look in. This is an eye sore and an illegal rental. It needs to be demolished.

There has been a large boat w/cabin docked permanently on the south side of the Grandview Park Boat Ramp for weeks. Vagrants are living on the boat ...then moving to City Pavilion .
They own a large dog who also lives with them under the city owned pavilion and illegally moored boat. Please DO SOMETHING about the obvious HOMELESS taking over GRANDVIEW PARK!

I realize the codes department is getting sick of giving Kevin Farrow violation for overgrowth… That's not really my problem! My problem is that he clearly bought this parcel just to make money and has no interest in our neighborhood. So even though you're sick of it please Codes give him yet another violation for overgrowth! Although it seems silly because the city is the one who has to keep mowing it since he will not respond to his notices. I have included a picture so that you can't tell me that it's not overgrown because most of the grass is 15 inches high some of it is over 2 feet high and I believe code says it can't be over 10 inches?
