Dropped in for a coffee & donut @ Honey Dew Donuts @ what we believe is 861 Edgell Road. The donut shop was in a plaza named, "Village @ Nobscot." Always believe that when food is being sold, must have restrooms available. This facility closed the restrooms for everyone including paying customers. When approach about this the clerk said she could not let us use the restroom & we would have to take it up with the boss. We ask to speak with the boss & she said he/she wasn't there. Told them we would be speaking with the Health Department to clarify the matter. Could you please advise whether or not this is a law? If so, this Honey Dew should be made to comply. This is the first Honey Dew that I have encountered this problem. Could you please respond to email@example.com. Would appreciate it, especially if I am mistaken regarding the law in this matter. Thank you again for your consideration in this matter.
I am a resident at 20 Main st. The majority of the night time road work on the sewers is taking place directly infront of my house. I understand that this is needed and the roads can't be worked on during the day, I just want to voice what we have been having to deal with every single work night for the entire summer. This isn't just some noise you can easily ignore. It's extremly loud, and the work they are doing shakes our entire house at times. I haven't slept on a work night in weeks. Literally. I have an 11 month old child that gets woken up and scared by the noises. It's just unbearable. We also have cones and large bumps at the end of our driveway, and a hose connected to our house, and construction workers walking through our yard to connect and disconnect the hose. This just is not right. Also there has been black sediment in the bottom of my sons tub every night, which I called and spoke to someone about and got no response.I feel as though the residents having to deal with this should be getting some sort of tax break, or at least payment to stay in a hotel if we choose. This is our home and I dread going to bed 5 nights per week. Please try to understand. Thanks

The owners do not remove their trash bin from the curb. The trash bin has been on the street for many months. The bin is at the end of their driveway on Landseer Ave. I believe this is a code violation.
Hello, A recent trend that we've noticed is the increase in dirt bikers racing up and down Cypress St. We've also noticed the building of a dirt bike obstacle course inside of Cedar Swamp. A small residential street where many kids live; these types of motor vehicles should not be allowed to have free reign.

There is a trash dump by the rail tracks across from Framingham Salvage at 120 Waverly St. It has been a overgrowing, uncontrolled eyesore sight to see the trash overflowing and surrounding the dump bin ; One can also see lot of bed mattresses thrown over and now laying by the tracks. Can these be removed ? It's asuch an eye sore sight and reflects bad on Town when people drive by or see this through the train. May be the trash bin can be located somewhere. Or if it's private one, citation be provided. Thank you for your help.

A household on the southbound side of Hollis street between Nipmuc and Winthrop is keeping a rooster. The animal is caged and is creating noise from 4am to 11pm each day. The animal should be relocated to a nearby farm.
The street light at the top of Bryant Road is working but is incredibly dull. There is a cul de sac and it barely even reaches the ground. This light is the only light for about 200 feet and it really needs to be brighter or replaced.
People who have been parking on haynes near the pumping station have been dumping their trash on the street as well as the pumping property. Please send someone out to clean it up as well as add signs of no littering or even better no fishing parking to prevent this. The people who park there and leave trash are not always the ones that are fishing, yet doing drug deals. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
