sofa, pieces of plywood and construction debris in alley between 12 ave north and 13 ave north - behind property at 210 13 ave north by trash bins (please note that property owner not responsible for dumping).
12/23 I submitted an alert for the crosswalk signal located on the SW corner of 30th Ave N and 1st Ave (across from Coffee Pot Exchange). The issue was closed as resolved and that afternoon the light was working. Now, my question is, every single morning the cross walk light DOES NOT flash but in the afternoon it does. Is this because it's solar powered? I can't understand why we can cross safely in the afternoon but not morning. There is a lot of traffic that time of day and several people use the crosswalk in the morning. Can you either explain or fix? I promise I'm not a crazy whack-job. I walk my dogs there every morning and for every single morning, without fail, the cross walk doesn't light up. -Answers please? Thanks!
It is impossible to see if cars are coming on 1 St. N. at the intersection of 7th Ave. N. where cars on 1st St. N. do not have to stop but 7th Ave. N. does. The parked cars along 1st St. N. block the view of those on 7th Ave. N. so that they don't see if any cars are coming until they're half way out on the street. I'd like to see either no parking signs on 1st St. N. a little way up and down the street (and that's not going to happen!) or a 4 way stop sign at that intersection.
