The landlord does not maintain this property and it's an overgrown mess. Weeds and plants are even growing in the street. Fruit rats have a nightly conga line. There is a lovely young man that lives here and it is most certainly ruining his game.
I do not wish to participate in your recycling program! Not allowing me to opt-out is nothing more than a tax levied by the city of Saint Petersburg! Give me the right to refuse this program -
Recycling bins skipped on my block of Locust. Other bins on next block picked up, mine and next-door neighbor on Locust skipped. What do I do now? I'm not going to drag this thing out to the curb again without some promise it will get picked up or something telling me what I'm doing wrong. It's 95 gallons full of newspapers and cans and bottles and its heavy. I was really behind this but now I feel screwed.
This is what happens at 11th Ave NE and Cherry St even after a light rain. It has been like this for many months and the streets are always a wet mess. The townhouse construction on the 400 block of 11th Ave NE has left the street in horrible condition due to all the big trucks that were here during construction. They really damaged the street resulting in potholes that collect and hold water.
The depression in the roadway is 27 inches ( north south) by 24 inches ( east west) it is 4 inches deep at its deepest point: The depression is in the middle of the roadway, so it’s not caused by traffic: Last year the city ran a new water main under the street to 162, the depression lines up exactly with where they shot the new line. There is a blue paint mark in the pavement pointing in the direction of where they shot the new water line. Three daye ago I reported this to the City if St Petersburg Water Resources department, they said they would send out a crew. Haven’t seen any crew, haven’t heard a word from them. My neighbor reported this to the mayors action committee months ago, nothing has been done. It’s not just a matter of filling in the depression with some asphalt, the right people need to investigate the conditions of what’s under the roadway and determine whether there is a sinkhole developing.
North Ward School 11th Avenue North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33701, United States of America - Historic Old Northeast
Requesting parking permits or restricted street parking for those visiting the businesses on 4th St N and 11th Ave N. The Mexican restaurant Grand Hacienda is bringing parking concerns to the neighborhood. There is not enough parking for residents and other businesses in the area that previously did not have any issues.
Pool contractors piled large amount of dirt in alley. Rain is washing unconfined dirt down alley into storm sewer and creating flooding at east end on 1 Street North. Also leaving dirt in alley on the way to sewer catch basin.
Requesting stop sign on Bay Street at the intersection of 16th Ave NE. Cars speed down Bay Street because it’s smooth and now brick streets. There are many children, pets and elderly people who walk on 16th Ave and Bay Street.
There is a bicycle on the front tree lawn that has been locked to a water pipe for months and should be removed. The building itself is in disrepair with rotted facia boards, open windows with no screens and the front lawn is trashed and not maintained. Can this building possibly be in housing violation for its state of disrepair? Can the City remove the abandoned bicycle?
