    Burlington legal ordinances prohibit : 22-2 damage to trees and park, 22-4 littering, 22-7 camping forbidden.

    all these are being broken as there is a encampment directly over the fence from Hannafords between the 4 fields and the parking lot of the store. Tents, grills, clothe lines...this is a city park! how safe can this be for nighttime workers at the store or kids playing on the field ? there could be needles etc out there. please enforce the law!

    Heineberg Rd--a main artery for kids traveling to school (CP Smith and Hunt) currently has all 4 main corners that are blocked off--how are we supposed to safely walk/bike to/from school?
    Why did this project start right when school was starting? How long until this is complete?
    VERY frustrating dealing with this every morning and afternoon while trying to get kids safely to and from school.

    The patches from 2016 water project have become major hazards, with drops of 6+ inches. Trucks, trailers, cars are swerving to avoid, and or bottoming out. There are multiple spots on the north south stretch between Edlund and Austin Drive. Please install signage to alert drivers and schedule early season repairs.

    Crosswalk across Park St. to Battery Park is dangerous and could benefit from a flashing warning light like the ones installed along Pine St. and near Edmund's schools on Main St. Several times recently a friend and I have had cars waiting in two of the three lanes only to be almost run over by a driver not paying attention in the second of two lanes coming from the North on Park St. Cars from Battery St., North Ave. and Park St. typically do not acknowledge this established crosswalk.

    At least 5 long-term campsites are established on the no-camping beach just north of the Blodgett factory fence. There is garbage and smell from waste. This is not a legal campsite.

    Both sides of North Ave are in need of a sweep, which will probably require multiple passes to get a whole winter worth of debris out of the street. Especially in sections where potholes have been repeatedly filled with cold patch, the blown out patches and sections that have been ground down have all deposited enough material in the bike lanes that they're washboarded like a dirt road.

    News tonight states a pedestrian and dog were killed on North Avenue by Poirer Place. North Avenue needs lit crosswalks like they have on Pine St on busy crossing areas. We have a big population and many folks crossing from east to west.

    On the east side of North Ave, there is no drainage from Leddy to the shopping center intersection. The whole bike lane is underwater (or under ice when the temps drop). This section was repaved last summer, but the grading/drainage was not addressed at the same time so the pooling is just as bad as it was before.
