The ALLEY between Dartmouth Ave. N. & 5th Ave. N. from 71st St. N (Pinellas Trail) to 76th St. N. has numerous areas where trash, furniture, mattresses, piles of vegetation, overgrowth, etc.
This photo shows one such pile by 71st St. N. by the Pinellas Trail in the ALLEY, but the whole ALLEY could use a clean-up. It looks like some areas have been addressed and that is great, but this continues to be any alley that regularly has major dumping issues and it degrades the neighborhood and the City and creates public health and safety issues. Thank you for your help. Also thank you for cleaning up the obscene and blighted warehouse building by the Pinellas Trail and across from the Davista Community Playground and Pasadena Fundamental Elementary School!!!! It looks incredibly improved. Truly cannot thank enough!

Light rain floods the north bound and south bound curb lane of Park St at this location. Heavy rain makes the road unsafe to travel.
  • 7209- 1st Ave. N. Saint Petersburg, Florida - Commission District 7
7209 1st Ave. N. has a large pile of browning, dried palm fronds to the right of the abandoned black SUV that has been sitting there since 2008. The roof looks worn and there is overgrowth between the house and garage in the back so tall it is overtaking the house.

Sink hole in middle of alley and is quite deep. Opening is not as large as the underground portion, which runs in both directions. A garbage truck coming down alley could cause a bigger collapse

Mattress/box springs, plastic tubs in alley. This appears to be a regular drop point (two houses down@ 4th bin from alley entrance on 64th St between 1st and 2nd Avenues.

266 Park St. N. looks as though it had been for sale and the grass cutting is not being maintained

  • Central Ave @ Pasadena Ave St. Petersburg, Florida - Commission District 7

Northbound Pasadena traffic is encountering mis-synchronized signals at 1 Av S/Central Ave.

I approached a green light at 1 Av S to find 3 lanes of traffic piled up -- for over 30 seconds, possibly over a minute -- at Pasadena and Central, which signal was red.

In my previous experience, the Central signal is supposed to turn green shortly after the 1 Av S signal.

I infer that sync has slipped.

I do note with approval that the northbound traffic was smart enough not to block 1 Av S.
