    A large pothole has opened up on the Charlesgate overpass above the Turnpike. The pothole is located on the roadway headed towards Storrow Drive from Boylston Street/Fenway. It is on the main deck just before the off-ramp to Comm. Ave.

    This shoulder here along Charlesgate should also be cleaned. Glass, chunks of concrete, and a broken palette create hazardous conditions for bikers. Please don't wait until spring to fix these issues!

    Mirror on Hatch Shell side that lets you see oncoming pedestrians and bikes around the hairpin turn has fallen off, only mounting remains. It was doing an awesome job before it broke.

    Numerous tents and encampment of homeless along railroad tracks. Appeared to be cooking equipment and other long term setups. Alcohol cans liter and urinating etc. seems counter productive to the measures taken by state to clean up area.

    The last Flexpost on Mass Ave in Cambridge has been cut down for several weeks. If you look closely in the photo you can see the orange interior has separated and a piece lies in the roadway.

    Every lane of this bridge heading westbound (towards the Galleria) has multiple potholes. The leftmost lane has an enormous one that has sprung up overnight

    There are two long parallel strips of pavement in the Cambridge-bound bike lane of the Harvard Bridge that form a rise of 6 inches or so near the end of the bridge. The result is that there is only a thin strip of pavement on which one can ride in the bike lane safely. The alternative is to ride in the car lane on this part of the bridge which is not always safe. The pavement needs to be leveled here.

    Big pothole, maybe 1 foot long or longer. Looked like a swimming pool this morning
