    Along this bicycle/walk pathway there are literally dozens of people not wearing masks. Most don't even have one below their chins which demonstrates they simply don't care about the health and well-being of others. The COVID-19 global pandemic is not over and the numbers are going up precisely because of people not adhering to social distancing and wearing masks. Please immediately deploy the police to vigorously enforce these rules!
