This house is for sale, but needs demolition instead. Transients and drug dealers have broken into it repeatedly, and the owners are unable to keep them out. Windows are broken and covered with duct tape, security grills have been bypasses and are hanging free, The property, along with the two adjacent 3 unit apartment buildings is attracting every bad element there is. Please alert zoning and nuisance abatement about this building. lately we hear gunshots in the middle of the night, there have been fires in the middle of the street, drug deals are being done openly day and night and the police, tho informed of everything, have done nothing for the past year. HELP!

Looks like they have broken into the 3rd (the one out of sight from the street) apartment. I've seen the same people going into and out of the rear of the complex many times in the past few days.
Plus, when is the city going to clean up the trash left behind before? The garbage and trash front and back in the area is most definitely unsightly!

My boyfriend and I have been harassed by passive/aggressive homeless individuals on multiple attempts over the course of a few weeks at this bus stop on Central and Charleston near the old Caravan club. I would like a security sweep at this bus stop just so we could feel safe to wait at this stop cause the public transport is the only form of transportation we have. The homeless individuals harass us (wanting to borrow money, our phone, etc.) and even threaten us (cursing, death threats, etc.) just cause we are waiting for the Central 66 bus. We have told them to leave us alone but to avail they even harass other bus waiters. This usually occurs from 10 am to 5 pm on weekdays. Please do something about this. Thank you.

Homeless Camp between Heights Church of Christ and auto body shop. The camp has grown significantly complete with dogs, city trash cans, and various debris from clothing to shopping carts. Permission to live, stay, or loiter has not been given by the church. The individual(s) tamper with water spigots at the church causing leaks which damages the stucco exterior. Church members do not feel safe walking from their vehicles to the building as various drug and prostitution activity is frequently observed at all hours at the camp by church members. Used needles and other drug paraphernalia have to be regularly collected before each service. The church building has conspicuous no trespassing signage citing city ordinance on all sides of the building that has been posted for many years. As one of the officers of the church, I request that the camp be removed. The Albuquerque Police Department has full legal ability to arrest individuals for criminal trespass found on the property as it has posted no trespassing signage, and is encouraged.

I was cycling and the 3 dogs chased me and circled me. I slowed down to try to avoid hitting the chihuahuas, which were running in front of me. The larger dog bit my leg. One of the chihuahuas chased me for another block.
I went back in my car to find the owner, but the dogs were no longer on the street.
I have never been bitten by a dog in my entire life! I'm shaking and now afraid to get on my bike again or even to walk in that area.

A new Commercial BBQ vendor is operating in the center of R1 zoned area of our neighborhood, 604 San Pablo St. NE, 87108 parked on the street at the curb of the operator’s home. This food truck vendor is emitting smoke and starter fluid fumes that enter neighbors’ evaporative coolers. There are no visible vendor licenses, AFD annual permit, or Enviro food permits visible on the exterior of this RV truck or attached BBQ grill trailer. There is no trailer license plate attached to the BBQ grill trailer. The only visible identification is a NM RV license plate (07147-RV-P) in the rear window and menu sign that reads “Big Dog BBQ”. Smoke and fumes have been emitting from this trailer for 3 days solid as of this notification. I have witnessed this guy actually pouring starter fuel on the fire while meat was on the grill. I pray no one buys his product. There are elderly neighbors as well as young chidden living within 150 feet of this violator; some with already compromised health. Please see that this Commercial BBQ vendor moves his operation to an appropriately zoned location and is reported to each CABQ Division whose process has been violated. Thank you.
